HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Attention: Shipping Delivery times below are due to COVID-19 logistics. These times MAY be less depending on the current situation day by day. 

Allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. Items placed on Friday or the weekend will not be processed until Monday morning as we are not open on the weekends. Once your order is processed, US deliveries can take between 7-14 business days. Some items will arrive as soon as a few days, while other items may take the full time listed above. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships via email or text message.

WHY DOES MY ORDER TAKE SO LONG?

Some of our products are custom-made at time of order placed, others are manually quality checked before packed and shipped; which is why it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive from the date the order was placed. In addition, we do not keep very much inventory on hand because it is cost prohibitive, so most orders go into production after they are placed. Our customer service team can keep you updated along the way.

CAN I REPLACE A DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may not be cancelled unless canceled same day as this disrupts our batch and inventory system. If you'd like to cancel your order please sent us a message via "Contact" page.
